Samsung telah mengeluarkan pelbagai variasi dari siri Galaxy S4 dari Galaxy S4 Active untuk yang perlukan peranti yang lasak hinggalah ke Galaxy S4 Zoom bagi yang gemarkan mengambil gambar. Pada May 2013, Samsung mengumumkan satu lagi peranti dari siri Galaxy S4 iaitu Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini dengan reka bentuk yang lebih kecil serta harga yang lebih murah berbanding Keluarga Galaxy S4 yang lain. Peranti yang dikuasai oleh Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean ini dilengkapi dengan paparan skrin sebesar 4.3 inci, Dual-Core 1.7 processor dan 1.5GB RAM. Bukan itu saja, ia turut dilengkapkan dengan kamera 8 Megapixel serta menyokong kamera hadapan untuk panggilan video melalui wifi. Untuk harga terbaru Samsung Galaxy S4 mini boleh merujuk kepada senarai harga Samsung apabila telah berada di pasaran Malaysia.
