At MWC 2015, Lenovo also took the opportunity to introduce some of the devices in 2016. For Smartphones, Lenovo launched two affordable smartphones named Lenovo Vibe K5 and Vibe K5 Plus. The exterior design does not have any difference for both devices. Similarly, the size of the display where the two new models are equipped with a screen size of 5.0 inches. There are only two differences for Lenovo Vibe Plus K5 and K5, which is the display resolution and the processor. The rest is the same as indicated in the table below.

Specification And Features

The advantages of these two affordable devices are the design made of metal that make it seem more premium. Furthermore, it comes with two color options including gold and silver. Lenovo Vibe K5 and K5 Plus also brings dual-speakers who have integrated by Dolby Audio for the sound more exciting. On the back section, the phone bring 13 Megapixel camera and 5 Megapixel for the selfie. Other features included 16 GB internal memory, 2 GB RAM, Android Lollipop and Li-Ion 2750 mAh battery.

Price And Release Date

Lenovo has yet officially to announce the date of sale to global markets and also in Malaysia market. However, it is expected sometime in March. For users in Malaysia do not worry because most models from Lenovo will enter the local market. But, the date of sale and the price, which is still unknown. For the price, the Lenovo Vibe Plus K5 will be marketed around USD149 equivalent to RM699 while for Lenovo Vibe K5 is expected to be sold at a cost around USD129 or the equivalent of RM599 in Malaysia.
