Samsung telah mengumumkan cameraphone dari keluarga Galaxy S4 iaitu Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom yang merupakan kombinasi antara Samsung Galaxy S 4 dan juga Galaxy Camera yang menyokong 10x optikal zoom dan flash. Peranti yang dilengkapi dengan kamera 16 Megapixel ini dijalankan bersama platform Android 4.2.2. Samsung Galaxy S4 zoom dibina pada paparan skrin Super AMOLED sebesar 4.3 inci dengan resolusi 960×540 pixel serta dilindungi dengan lapisan Gorilla Glass. Ia turut dikuasai dengn pemproses Dual-Core 1.5 Ghz serta 1.5 GB RAM. Antara salah satu focus utama yang ada pada Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom adalah sensor kamera 16 Megapixel serta sokongan 10x optikal zoom yang amat sesuai untuk pengambaran wide angle mahu pon telephoto.
