Under the hood, vivo iQOO 5 Pro 5G powered by Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 (7 nm+) chipset with up to 12 GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage option. For the camera, it has a triple-camera setup on the back with 50MP primary lens, 13MP ultrawide camera, and 8MP periscope telephoto lens.
