vivo iQOO U3 is a mid-range 5G phone powered by MediaTek Dimensity 800U 5G chipset, up to 8GB of RAM, and 128GB internal space. The phone features WIFI 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.1, and USB Type-C 2.0 for charging and data transfer.
On the back, the vivo iQOO U3 uses a dual-camera setup with a 48MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it is available with an 8MP camera for selfie.
